Online participation and live streaming
This year’s event will be completely hybrid. If you are participating online, you will receive all of the relevant information once you have registered. If you opt for online participation, a separate email with all practical & technical details will be sent around before the event (at least 1 day before the event).

HOW TO REACH THE VENUE
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
If you are staying in the city for a few days, we recommend purchasing a T-10 Multi-person card for 10 journeys (€12.20), which can also be used on buses.
Metro: Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and transfer to Line 6 to Diego de León. The total travel time is approximately 46 minutes.
Aerobus shuttle: The Aerobus shuttle service provides transportation to Atocha, Cibeles (night service), and O’Donell-Doctor Esquerdo, with stops at Airport T1, T2, and T4. The cost for this service is €5.
Bus: Take Line 200 to Av America and then transfer to metro Line 7, getting off at the Parque de las Avenidas stop. The total travel time is approximately 53 minutes.
Most transportation options, including the nearest underground stations to the venue, are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that there may be some stations that do not provide accessibility.
TAXI SERVICE
Taxis are available and can provide transportation to the venue. The average travel time is around 25 minutes, and the expected cost is approximately €30.
