Celia Van Gender
Celia van Gelder is the Training Programme Manager of the Health-RI national health data infrastructure in the Netherlands, which is also the Dutch Node of ELIXIR (ELIXIR-NL). She is also the Network Manager of the national Thematic Digital Competence Center for Life Sciences & Health (TDCC-LSH), which started in September 2022.Within DTL/ELIXIR-NL and Health-RI, FAIR data stewardship training activities have a prominent place. In ELIXIR, she is one of the leads of the Training & Capacity Building Work Package in the ELIXIR-CONVERGE project, that aims to connect and align ELIXIR Nodes to deliver sustainable FAIR life sciences data management services. She is co-chair of the EOSC Association Task Force Data stewardship, curriculum and career paths. In the global arena Celia is Chair of GOBLET, the Global Organisation for Bioinformatics Learning, Education and Training.
