Rory Macneil
As CEO I led Research Space in the evolution of RSpace from an electronic lab notebook into a digital research platform that interoperates with other research tools and infrastructure and acts as the active data management bridge between the planning and archiving/sharing phases of the research lifecycle. I also co-founded and acts as host of the FAIR Data Podcast. I’m active in the Research Data Alliance, and currently co-chair three working/interest groups: Working with PIDS in Tools, Research Data Infrastructures in Research Institutions, and the new RDA OfR Mapping the Digital Research Infrastructure Landscape. I am currently focussed on exploring how RSpace and partners we collaborate with, can participate in and take advantage of the exciting developments taking place with PIDS world and in the development of Research Commons.
