York Sure-Vetter
Prof. Dr. York Sure-Vetter, professor at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT; currently on leave) was appointed Director of the NFDI (German National Research Data Infrastructure) on 1st March 2020. He has established research experience in artificial intelligence and in data science (h-index 55). His career has taken him to various stations in the science system and also to the private sector.
